Once the application is finalized, the customer will be unable to apply for another loan until your current application is accepted or rejected. Acceptance / rejection of a loan may take up to 48 hours to validate. In order to apply for another loan, the customer can re-visit ‘Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance’ after acceptance/rejection of the current application.

  • The displayed loan eligibility is valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date of the offer generation and subject to submission of loan documents to the financier. Any change in the information provided would require a fresh assessment.

  • This must not treated as ‘delivery order’ in respect of the vehicle.

  • Financier would not be liable for any defect or delay in delivery or any service issue concerning the dealer /Regional Transport Office/Insurance Company or any other intermediary involved in the deal.

  • The vehicle has to be registered at either of the addresses provided at the time of application.

  • Processing fee and other charges will be applicable as per the schedule of charges.

  • Financier shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such a failure is due to circumstances beyond the control of the financier.

  • Financier shall be entitled to revoke the Application before the execution of Credit Facility Application Form (CFAF) along with other ancillary documents in connection with the loan, inter alia, in any of the following circumstances:

    1. There is any material change in the purpose(s) for which the loan has been applied.
    2. In the sole judgment of Financier, any material fact has been inconsistent or concealed or become subsequently known.
    3. Any statement made by or on your behalf in your application or otherwise, is incorrect, incomplete or misleading,

  • “CANCELLED” stage means the customer has decided not to pursue his/her loan application from a particular Financier and has confirmed to Financier to cancel the application. In such a case, the customer will have to apply again in case he wishes to avail car loan on MSSF Platform. For more details related to cancelled application, customer needs to get in touch with the respective Financier and MSIL will not have any obligation whatsoever in this regard.
