1. Ticket for an issue can be raised to MSSF Support in two ways
  • Through MSSF Chatbot (recommended)  - Please find the attached detailed steps to raise a ticket through chatbot

  • Through E-mail  - Dropping email to FMPSupport@concentrix.com will automatically create a ticket to the support group. While sending mail please note to:

    • Provide complete details of issue in the mail along with phone number of customer, dealer name, dealer outlet code etc.
    • Make sure the subject of mail is not changed in between the ongoing to-and-fro communication till the issue is closed.
    • Always note ticket ID to track the status.
