In case of any technical issue, please contact Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance (MSSF) support team. You can reach out to MSSF support team in following ways:
1. Ticket for an issue can be raised to MSSF Support in two ways

Through MSSF Chatbot (recommended) - Please find the attached detailed steps to raise a ticket through chatbot

Through E-mail - Dropping email to FMPSupport@concentrix.com will automatically create a ticket to the support group. While sending mail please note to:
- Provide complete details of issue in the mail along with phone number of customer, dealer name, dealer outlet code etc.
- Make sure the subject of mail is not changed in between the ongoing to-and-fro communication till the issue is closed.
- Always note ticket ID to track the status.
2. War Room
- Timings – 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM - Monday to Friday
