Progressive Smart Hybrid Technology

NEXA XL6 is equipped with the Next Generation K-Series 1.5L Dual Jet Dual VVT Engine with Progressive Smart Hybrid Technology. This advanced technology employs an Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) which automatically turns off the engine while idling and quietly restarts it when the clutch (MT) or brake (AT) is depressed. This Idle Start Stop function works when optimal conditions are met and helps save fuel in everyday driving. The second useful function in XL6 Hybrid is the Torque Assist where the ISG supplements the engine’s power for better acceleration and reduces the load on the engine.

As for the automatic variants, the whole driving experience is enhanced by the Steering Mounted Paddle Shifters in the 6-Speed Automatic Transmission of the All-New XL6.
