Loan Application

Disclaimer:

  7. Financier shall be entitled to revoke the Application before the execution of Credit Facility Application Form (CFAF) along with other ancillary documents in connection with the loan, inter alia, in any of the following circumstances:

    1. There is any material change in the purpose(s) for which the loan has been applied.
    2. In the sole judgment of Financier, any material fact has been inconsistent or concealed or become subsequently known.
    3. Any statement made by or on your behalf in your application or otherwise, is incorrect, incomplete or misleading,

  8. “CANCELLED” stage means the customer has decided not to pursue his/her loan application from a particular Financier and has confirmed to Financier to cancel the application. In such a case, the customer will have to apply again in case he wishes to avail car loan on MSSF Platform. For more details related to cancelled application, customer needs to get in touch with the respective Financier and MSIL will not have any obligation whatsoever in this regard.
