The New Ciaz Experience Translated Into A Musical Performance

Technology and innovation have always been at the forefront of NEXA. We strive to create meaningful experiences that inspire the world, and the New Ciaz is one such offering that embodies the NEXA philosophy – Create. Inspire.

Therefore, at the New Ciaz launch, we decided to take it one step further by making people a part of our creative journey, with a one of a kind musical experiment.

If you listen carefully, there is a certain musical aesthetic to what some may consider a monotonous act of driving. We reinterpreted this seemingly dull task and turned it into a musical story-telling experience that brings alive the musical rhythm of driving the NEXA Ciaz.

To pull of this experiment, we programmed motion sensors to capture driving moves such as steering, braking and even door shutting, and strung them into a musical journey. Celebrated music director, Sneha Khanwalkar, helmed the whole experience at the New Ciaz 2018 launch, and took a mesmerised audience through her own gesture-based creator’s journey. Inspired, volunteers from the audience took the stage and enacted their musical journeys as well. Watch this unique musical symphony brought to you by NEXA here:

At NEXA, we strive to make the incredible, credible. Challenges drive us to do things that have never been done before. For instance, at its launch, we used tweets to unveil the New Ciaz. Turning a drive into a mesmerising musical story-telling seemed like the next step in that direction.
